What happens next
On your application's approval volunteers will be sent information on what to bring and what they'll need as well as details on how to obtain a visa for working in Thailand. A letter of introduction to include in a visa application will be provided too.

Volunteer costs
surinvolunteers.org does not charge volunteers any administration costs whatsoever.

Volunteers are expected to arrange their own international flight to Thailand and domestic transfers to Surin. We are happy to help organise travel timetables and offer advice.

Accommodation is pre-arranged and costs volunteers around 50 GBP per month. It's possible to eat out in Surin for as little as 30p or go to one of the more upmarket restaurants and spend 5GBP including a few drinks. We suggest volunteers budget for 10 GBP a day plus extra for any trips they wish to make during their stay.
